Intramurals provides an opportunity for all fourth and fifth grade students to get their body and brain ready for the day. This is a great way for students to reach the recommended 60 minutes of exercise per day. Another benefit of morning intramurals is that it helps increase blood flow to the brain allowing students to focus more in class than they would without the exercise. It’s never too late to join. Regular attendance is appreciated, yet not required. See Mr. Roos if you would like to join.
